HOW DO I SEND CASESÂ FOR DESIGNS?
We will set up an account for our clients to upload stl. scan files to our labstar system, and when designs are finish, our client will go to labstar system to downlaod the complete 3shape or exocad designs.

We can also setup automatic file transfer using FTP, onedrive or wetransfer etc to the convenince of our clients.
DO YOU OFFER FREE TEST DESIGNS?
Yes, we do offer free designs for customers to evalute the quality of our art work and customer services. Just fill in the form and set up an account from here!
WHAT IS YOUR WORKING HOURS?
Our CAD designers work from Monday to Saturday and our lab is closed on Sunday.

We have 2 work shifts in general. One team work from 8am to 6pm with 2 hours lunch break, and the second team work from 3pm to 12pm in China.
​
If you sumit your scan files to our system by 7pm your time, you will have designs finished by 7am the next day before you get to the lab, and you can start the production of your work with our designs.
HOW DO I SEND PAYMENT?
We will email our customers monthly statement and daily invoices can be seen from labstar by our customers themselves.

We accept payment via Paypal and direct bank transfer to our bank account.
